You can choose to receive emergency notifications from Dr. Rondon via e-Mail, text messages, or an automated voice message.

If you are not currently receiving any notifications, wish to stop receiving notifications, or wish to change the way you receive notifications, please e-mail Rich Lewis at: rlewis@shmuenster.com with your request.

In your e-mail please include:

Phone #1 (cell), Phone #2 (work), and Phone #3 (home), or which one to exclude.  I can also set it to send you an e-mail to 1 or 2 e-mail addresses.  In addition, I can set the language you wish to receive voice messages in (English/Spanish only).  Please also let me know which one(s) of your phone numbers accept text messages.
